Black and white photos of Washington D.C., New York City and my travels around the world

One of my strongest memories of Italy will be of the scooters – mostly Vespa’s – everywhere. Weaving in and out of traffic, whizzing down tiny Medieval lanes, running over tourists at any opportunity (ok, maybe not that last part).

Every city we visited, except maybe Ravenna, was full of scooters. I wanted to rent one but The Wife wasn’t so keen on it. I wanted to rent a Ferrari too. She’s such a spoil-sport.
